NCI Agency Industry Conference and AFCEA TechNet International NATO-EU-VN from NCI Agency’s General Manager Koen Gijsbers, and President of Estonia, His Excellency Toomas Hendrik Ilves. During the first day of the conference – the NATO-INDUSTRY STRATEGIC DIALOGUE DAY – senior decision makers and industry leaders discussed the key challenges the Alliance faces today and how to meet in the future focusing on how strategic partnership with in- dustry, including with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can enable further enhancement of C4ISR capabilities through building investment in innovative, state of the art solutions against high-end threats. Day Two and Day Three OPPORTUNITIES FOR COLLABORATION DAYS offered a forum to discuss the latest technological developments and collaborate on NATO C4ISR business opportunities and capability priorities. The conference enabled high-level representatives from Allied nations, NATO and industry to come together to discuss the latest technological developments and collaborate on NATO C4ISR business opportunities and major pro- curements. Conference programme The conference programme focused on the new way of engaging with industry adapted to the diversity and simultaneity of threats and rapid technological developments, while providing concrete opportunities to connect, exchange views and lessons learned and collaborate with industry partners. Day One The conference was opened by Klaus- Peter Treche, MajGen, DEU AF (retd.), Vice President EMEA and General Manager AFCEA Europe and followed by welcome and opening addresses
